 How long has your company been involved with property management in the Costa Blanca. 

 We started our company at the beginning of 2005.


 Why do you offer a package.

 After initially starting out offering our services individually priced, it soon became apparent that the management package we currently promote is the most popular, most cost effective and is most suitable for the majority or properties and owners needs.


 What is the cost of your management package.

 Currently, our management package costs €300 per year.


 Your management package is not exactly what I require.

 We would be more than happy to discuss your requirements and tailor a package to suit your needs.


 What is included in your management services.

 Everything connected with your property. Secure keyholding, regular inspection, check appliances, check security, check & collect mail. Guest check-in/check-out, guest hospitality, 24 hour emergency contact for guest. Garden and property maintenance. If you should require anything special, we would be more than pleased to oblige.


 My current management company is cheaper than you.

 We have tried to cost effectively include all the essential aspects of management and maintenance into our package to ensure that your property has the best possible care and attention throughout the year, every single week. When comparing management companies, pay particular attention to exactly what is included in the package cost. The frequency of inspection visits and do they charge extra for basic garden maintenance, pest control, damp control and in some cases, guest check-in/check-out (meet & greet) - this is all included in our package. 


 I am becoming increasingly disappointed with my management company, how will I know that you will be different.

 We want you as a valued customer not just this year but for years to come. We aim to exceed your expectation and give you our 100% best service at all time. Our reputation tomorrow depends on what we do today.


 Can you supply references from other clients.

  Yes we can supply references.


 How will you maintain my property.

 Apart from our thorough cleaning service undertaken at your request, we will visit the property once a week, every week, to ensure that all is in order both inside and outside. A log will be made on your Owners Area of the website along with any observation made, or if you wish emailed to you separately.


 Who will be actually looking after my property.

 We are a family run company and all work, inspections and cleans are carried out in-house.


 How can I contact you.

 We have two mobile telephone numbers one of which the mobile is NEVER turned off. We can also be contacted by email. We pride ourselves on our prompt response aiming to return to you within 24 hours, usually significantly sooner than this. Your Owners Area of the website has a Private Messaging facility. In addition we have a Skype contact account.


 What happens if my guests need to contact you out of hours in an emergency.

 Please feel free to give your guests our 24h "always on" mobile number. All we ask is that you ask your guests to respect us and only call after hours for a genuine emergency.


 Do you check my property for damage after guests stay.

 Yes we will visit the property after your guests departure, check for security and check for any damage or breakages. We will promptly inform you of anything untoward.


 Can you help with the maintenance of my garden.

 Yes, we undertake basic maintenance in-house and would be happy to oversee a professional gardener from our list of reliable tradesmen, for more in-depth work. 


 Are you able to arrange for our cleaning and laundry to be done.

 Yes, we undertake all the cleaning work in-house, with no subcontracting. We pride ourselves on our high standards, thoroughness and attention to detail.


 Can you supply a maid service / mid-stay laundry service should our guests require this.

 Yes we are able to offer a mid-stay laundry service.


 Do you offer meet and greet service.

 Yes an unlimited meet and greet service is included in our package.


 Are you able to hire out special items that my property may not have, for example, high chair, cots or BBQ.

 Yes we are fully prepared to hire out child/baby equipment or BBQs.


 Can you arrange transport for my guests.

 We would be more than happy to arrange transport to and from airports, beaches, shopping centres etc. We can also arrange for a hire car to be waiting for your guests at the property.
